This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through bharathigiri.com, including online courses and live training, and digital products and downloads. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

Online courses & live training

• Cancellation & full refund before the course starts — you may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before the first session begins.
• No refund once the course has started — this applies as soon as any teaching has taken place, even a single module or a single day. Live teaching time cannot be returned, so it cannot be refunded.

Digital products & downloads

All sales of digital products are final. No refunds or cancellations are offered on digital products or downloads once purchased, as they are delivered instantly and can be kept. Please review the product details carefully, and ask any questions, before you complete your purchase.

Billing errors & failed delivery

If you are charged in error, charged twice for the same item, or a digital product genuinely fails to download, contact me and I’ll correct it — with a replacement, the correct file, or a refund of the affected amount where appropriate.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. To request a refund or cancellation, please get in touch with your name and order or payment details.
