6. Refunds & cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Refunds & Returns page. In short: courses can be refunded before they begin but not once teaching has started, and digital products are non-refundable.

Course and training materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, recorded for redistribution, or resold.
